VANCOUVER, BC – VICTORY RESOURCES CORPORATION (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Paul Lee to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management, from Royal Roads University, (Victoria BC) has extensive experience in a variety of business related disciplines.

He brings to the Company a demonstrated understanding of issues of importance to expanding the Asia/Pacific business connection, as well as advanced resource knowledge of geological mapping techniques, mineral titles and information technology.  He has worked on business projects with connections in Europe (Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Vienna, Moscow, Berlin, Hanover), South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates, among others.
