Vancouver, BC – VICTORY RESOURCES CORPORATION (the “Company”) has received the assay results from the sampled sections of 10 diamond drill holes completed on the TOE Claim Group and the WEN prospect, both properties within the AU/WEN property owned as to 100% by Victory Resources Corporation located 30 kilometres southeast of Merritt and eight kilometres east of the historic Aspen Grove Mining Camp in south-central British Columbia.
WEN Prospect
In 1996, one of 16 diamond drill holes (W96-1) intersected a mineralized quartz vein located 55 metres southwest of the portal of a 35 metre southeasterly driven adit. The adit exposes an obscure barren and weathered quartz vein (Adit quartz vein) at the portal and a stockwork zone with occasional malachite in its entire length. Information on the W96-1 drill hole and quartz vein intersection is as follows.

The W96-1 quartz vein is shown on a map to strike at 345 degrees and dip at 78 degrees to the west (Verley, 2002)
In the 2008 Victory Resources diamond drill program, five NQ diamond drill holes for 867.5 metres were completed. Drill hole VRW-08-01, which was located to test the extension of the indicated W96-1 mineralized quartz vein failed to intersect the quartz vein or any significant mineralization. Drill hole VRW-08-02, which was collared 15 metres west-southwest of the portal-and 40 metres north-northeast of the W96-1 quartz vein, intersected 4.63 metres of the mineralized Adit quartz vein. Three more holes were completed with all three intersecting the mineralized mesothermal quartz vein which hosts disseminations, blebs, and localized sections of massive pyrite in addition to sporadic blebs and patches of chalcopyrite.
Mineralized, and/or indicated mineralized drill core sections were split and submitted to Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd., a certified analytical laboratory located in Vancouver BC, for a 30 element ICP analysis.
Information on all four drill holes is as follows.

Core recovery from the main zone of mineralization was poor as the core was friable due to a high pyrite content. The recovery, and thus the gold values, should be improved substantially by utilizing a specialized drill bit in the drilling process.
Based on the preliminary drill results, the Adit quartz vein strikes east-west, dips at -76 degrees to the south and is up to seven metres wide. The vein, which has been delineated for 20 metres along strike and to a depth of 50 metres, is open in these directions with an indicated potential for higher gold values from 40 metres east to the “Upper Zone”, an area of localized MMI soil gold anomalies.
A detailed and expanded MMI soil survey to the 2006 Victory MMI soil survey has been completed over the Upper Zone, the Stockwork Zone to the south, and all the area of the 1996 and the 2008 drilling. The results of the survey, which are expected within two weeks, should provide more information as to the mineralized trend of the two quartz veins
A diamond drill program is proposed to test the extensions of the Adit quartz vein to the east into the MMI anomalous Upper Zone, and to depth. In addition, the program would include drilling to determine the configuration of the W96-1 mineralized zone, to determine the possibility of a parallel quartz vein system extending into the Upper Zone.
TOE Claim Group
Five diamond drill holes for 595.3 metres were completed on the Toe claim group. The primary drill hole, VRT-08-02A, which was the extension of the 2007 drill hole VRT-07-02 to a depth of 463.3 metres, intersected a continuation of the propylitically altered Nicola volcanics with minor localized pyritic sections.
Mineralized, and/or indicated mineralized drill core sections were split and submitted to Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd., a certified analytical laboratory located in Vancouver BC, for a 30 element ICP analysis. The highest assay was from a one metre epidote/pyrite zone between 316.5 and 317.5 metres which assayed 488.5 ppm Cu and 16.3 ppb Au. The four other holes, which were located to test the indicated Nicola/Intrusive contact zone for skarn mineralization intersected unaltered granodiorite. One core sample at the end of drill hole VRT-08-04 from 58.74 metres to 59.74 metres assayed 14.5 ppm Cu, 1 ppm As, less than 0.01 Hg, and less than 0.5 ppm Au.
